- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Requirements:
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Prohibited Activities:
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
4. Payment Terms
Monthly Subscription: $39 per month, charged monthly in advance
Important Payment Information:
- Payments are processed through our third-party payment processors
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service
5. Data and Privacy
Your Rights:
- You retain ownership of all your data

- You can export or delete your data anytime
Your Responsibilities:
- You're responsible for backing up important data
- You grant us limited license to process your data
- Data transmission security cannot be 100% guaranteed
We access your advertising platform data solely to provide the Service and implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
6. Intellectual Property
PulseBoard and all related technology remain our property. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create using the Service and grant us a license to use your content solely for providing the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service availability
- We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Limited Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim
- No Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination
You Can Terminate:
- Cancel anytime through account settings
- Takes effect at end of billing period
- No refunds for partial periods
We Can Terminate:
- For breach of these Terms
- Service discontinuation with 30 days' notice
- Your Service access ceases immediately
10. Changes to Terms
- We may modify these Terms at any time
- Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service
- Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms
11. Governing Law and Disputes
Legal Jurisdiction:
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Andorra
- Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Andorra
- Exception: Claims may be brought in small claims court
